The Company
Our client is a high end Visual Effects studio based in London and produce stunning visuals for the advertising, music video, film and TV industries. They deliver work for some of the world’s top brands and are able to work from pretty much anywhere they like!
The Role:
They are tightly knit and effective studio who are passionate about creative work and the people that create it. As a Producer, you will need to be an enthusiastic self -starter, someone that is a creative problem solver and that works well in a team environment. Producers need to wear many hats - you are an expert in producing for visual effects, you understand your clients and your colleague’s needs and help to find creative solutions. This role is currently remote working but will transition to a balance of working from home and working from the London studio when circumstances allow.
Role Responsibilities:
Successful production and management of VFX, animation and Digital projects
Establishing and nurturing strong client relationships
Identifying and developing new business opportunities
Working with artists and crew to bid new projects
Taking ownership of your workload and projects from start to finish
Project management and allocation of resources
Being an ambassador for the business by attending industry events, awards, talks and being actively involved in industry based communities.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
Min 5 years’ experience in VFX and Animation production
Must be able to work independently and communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to build up rapport and strong relationships with clients and fellow crew
Attention to detail and constantly looking for ways to improve operational efficiencies within a business environment
Proactivity and ability to demonstrate a desire for creating work of the highest quality
