A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Sushi Chef with experience in sushi preparation to join a reputable Japanese restaurant in London. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting a diverse range of sushi and sashimi dishes.

• Previously worked as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role.
• Prior experience in sushi preparation.
• Ability to maintain a clean and organised workspace.
