An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Sous Chef to join a reputable 3-star Hotel. You will play a pivotal role in maintain high food quality, stock rotation, and health and safety standards.
Individuals at various levels in the culinary field, ranging from Chef de Partie to Senior Chef are welcome to apply.
- Innovate menus for diverse culinary options.
- Supervise and assign tasks for banquet and event catering.
- Work closely with the Head Chef, owners, and a team of chefs.
- Responsible for food ordering, stock rotation, health and safety, menu implementation, and food budgeting.
- Previously worked as a Sous Chef, Second Chef, Chef de Partie or in a similar role.
- At least 5 years of experience as a Chef.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
