Sous Chef - North Berwick, Scotland
Salary: up to £30k DOE plus share of tips, overtime
This beautiful family run modern, family friendly lifestyle hub, are looking to appoint a Sous Chef to join their much loved orangery café and terrace, bespoke indoor children’s play area, private leisure facility boutique spa and contemporary event space. In 2021 the venue will be extended its services to host weddings and inviting guests to stay in luxury eco lodges.
This role will involve working with 5 chefs serving honest, classic, modern Scottish and seafood dishes.
- Working alongside 5 chefs and kitchen porters
- Preparing a wide range of dishes for different occasions.
- Supporting head chef on time off and holidays
Essential Skills & Requirements:
You will need to be a positive, friendly and approachable person to fit into this family run business. You will have experience as a sous chef or similar with good quality and volume experience. This is a young enthusiastic team looking for someone equally energetic and enthusiastic to fit in the family business.
