Sous Chef – Lairg, Highlands
Salary: £25k to £35k DOE plus share of tips
This beautiful family run hotel overlooking sheltered waters and the white sands of Scourie bay, are looking to appoint a Sous Chef to join their much loved and highly reviewed hotel.
This role will involve working with the head chef to prepare good quality hearty food utilising local seafood and ingredients including an element if home grown produce.
- Working alongside head chef
- Preparing up to 50 lunch courses, 70 dinner courses and 40 breakfasts
- Using local sourced ingredient seafood and home grown produce
Essential Skills & Requirements:
You will need to be a positive, friendly and approachable person to fit into this family run business. You will have experience as a sous chef or similar and have a passion for food
