The Role:

Requirements:
- Previous experience working as a Family Solicitor, Family Lawyer, Legal Executive or in a similar role.
- Minimum 1 year of experience working in Family Law department.
- Understanding of both Public and Private family law cases.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Adherence to high ethical standards.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the caseload of Public and Private family law matters.
- Provide legal advice and support on a range of family law issues.
- Conduct negotiations, prepare legal documents, and attend court hearings.
