Snr Product Marketing Manager (Strategy/B2B)
£70k basic + bonus + stock options
My client, a digital start-up AI Software Builder, that specialises in building, maintaining and running bespoke software for their customers, making it faster, more accessible and less expensive for everyone to bring their ideas to life.
They are very keen to hire an innovative Senior Product Marketing Manager to be the voice of the customer within the organization.
Last year they secured $29.5m of funding to scale our growth in Europe. They already have three offices in LA, Delhi, and London and recently hit 250 employees globally. A key focus for them this year is to significantly grow their London operation.
This role will own the go-to-market strategy across company’s products and is responsible for increasing market share and build our competitive advantage.
The customer should be at the heart of everything you do in this role, while being strategically focused on omni channel customer acquisition and retention.
The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of product marketing strategy and have a track record of strong cross-functional coordination.
A data driven individual you should also possess exceptional analytical and communication skills.
This is the ideal role for someone who has cut their teeth in product marketing for a b2b technology company and is now ready to show what they can do in a senior management role with lots of room to make your own, extending a global marketing mission that is irreverent and mindful.
The role will be hands on; with an agile and lean team, there will be lots of execution, lots of learning and a lot of room for growth.
This role will work directly with the Director, Product Marketing.
8+ years of product marketing experience (4+ in B2B tech) with expertise in a scaling and fast growing global start-up environment
Bachelor's degree in marketing at a minimum.
An ability to understand tech and business software and translate tech content into marketing material
Proven track record of developing strong customer relationships and feedback channels
Effective analytical and troubleshooting skills; ability to use data to drive actionable insights
Superb stakeholder management skills, adept at navigating relationships and prioritizing asks
The ability to think on your feet
