The Client:

The Role:

They are looking for a skilled Settings Out Engineer to join their team and prepare construction sites for development. This role involves surveying, mapping, and collaborating with architects to ensure accurate site plans.

Duties:

• Conduct site setting out, levelling, and surveying activities.
• Interpret site plans, drawings, and building information models.
• Map structural boundaries on the ground, collaborating with architects for accuracy.
• Read and comprehend drainage, RC drawings, and rebar call-off procedures.
• Work closely with the Foreman and Site/Project Manager, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
• Resolve technical issues and operate on construction sites.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Setting Out Engineer, Site Engineer or in a similar role.
• Minimum of 3 years relevant site engineer experience.
• Have 3 years of experience in Groundworks Setting Out (Preferred)
• Hold a CSCS Card.
• Diploma or Degree qualification in structural/civil engineering or related field.
