An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Automotive Service Manager to join a well - established automotive firm. They provide excellent value, personalised car purchasing assistance, and outstanding customer service to their clients.

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing warranty and data submissions to the franchise partner.
• Ensuring strict adherence to the manufacturer's stipulated guidelines for 100% compliance.
• Interact confidently with customers.
• Coach and inspire a team of aftersales professionals daily, ensuring they surpass company targets and expectations.
• Actively contribute to business growth by optimising sales and profitability across all revenue-generating areas.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a Service Manager, Aftersales Manager or in a similar role.
• Outstanding sales and marketing expertise, acquired within the automotive industry, specifically in a franchised dealership environment.
• Strong leadership skills, capable of coaching and developing an aftersales team.
• Up-to-date knowledge of employment best practices and motor trade standards.
• Skilled in i-VHC and dealer management system (DMS).
