Salary: £27,000 - £32,000

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Service Advisor with experience in car or commercial vehicle workshop to join a well-established family run commercial vehicle dealership.

In this role, you will arrange vehicle appointments for both the workshop and mobile service teams, while addressing customer inquiries both in person and over the phone.

You will be responsible for:

• Explain repair procedures and service options to customers.
• Secure order numbers from customers and lease companies as needed.
• Manage 1link system usage and promote additional products & services.

What we are looking for:

• Previously worked as a Service Advisor or in a similar role.
• Prior experience in car or commercial vehicle workshop.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Organised with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Skilled with IT systems.
