An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Service Advisor with 2 years' experience in customer service roleto join a well-established new and used car dealership, offering excellent benefits.
As a Service Advisor, you will provide vital support to the Aftersales Department and manage customer enquiries both in person and over the phone. Full training will be provided to meet firm’s high standards.
You will be responsible for:
- Booking vehicles into the workshop and arranging service loan vehicles.
- Preparing and issuing customer invoices.
- Managing warranty claims and providing support in the parts department.
What we are looking for:
- At least 2 years' experience in customer service role.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both face-to-face and over the phone.
- Valid UK driving licence.
Shifts:
- Monday - Friday: 08:30am - 5:15pm
- Saturday (on rota): 08:30am - 12:30pm
