Senior Valuer

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Valuer with 3 years’ experience in estate agency valuations to join an award-winning firm of estate agents and solicitors, offering excellent benefits.

As a Senior Valuer, you will identify and secure new valuation opportunities, convert these into new business, and ensure accurate pricing while maximising property exposure.

You will be responsible for:

• Advise on tailored marketing strategies for properties.
• Clarify the fee structure and promptly follow up with marketing proposals and quotations.
• Outline the selling process and suggest improvements for higher returns or enhanced saleability.
• Investigate reasons for lost instructions.
• Stay informed about local property market conditions and competitors.

What we are looking for:

• At least 3 years’ experience in estate agency valuations.
• Background in conducting valuations and building business.
• Educated to Higher level or above.
• Knowledge of local property market conditions, economic factors, and advertising mediums.
• Understanding of the conveyancing process and local authority standards.
