Senior Town Planner (Associate director)
Location: Rugby, Warwickshire (Hybrid)

The Client:
Our client is a well - established consultancy, providing a wide range of services, including traffic engineering, and infrastructure design solutions to back development proposals across the UK.
The Role:
As an Associate Director, you'll support Directors in daily office management and oversee junior planning team members contributing to the company's growth. Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills are crucial.
Duties:
- Lead projects and engage in development plan, policy, and management work.
- Manage planning applications, local plan representations, site promotion, appeals, EiP, and public inquiries.
- Demonstrate strong stakeholder management skills, fostering client relationships and attending networking events.
- Foster client interface, expand personal contacts, and promote the company.
- Develop a self-driven client base, contributing significantly to the company's growth.
Requirements:
- Previously worked as a Senior / Chartered Town Planner, Town Planning Manager or in a similar role.
- Ideally, possess 8-10 years' experience in town planning (either private or public)
- Undergraduate degree (2:1 or above) and postgraduate qualification in Planning.
- Chartered member of the Royal Town Planning Institute (RTPI).
- Full driving licence is essential.
