In this role, you will play a pivotal role in leading high-volume conveyancing transactions, ensuring seamless departmental operation and providing expert residential conveyancing guidance.

You will be responsible for:

• Conduct comprehensive reviews of legal documents, identifying issues or discrepancies.
• Offer expert advice and guidance on residential conveyancing matters.
• Stay current with relevant laws, regulations, and industry trends in residential conveyancing.
• Coordinate with team members to streamline processes and boost departmental efficiency.
• Communicate efficiently with clients, solicitors, and stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely transaction completion.

What we are looking for:

• Previously worked as a Residential Conveyancer or in a similar role.
• Experience in handling volume conveyancing transactions.
• Background working in a very busy department using case management software.
