Senior Residential Child Care Worker – Wakefield

Salary: £23,284 - £25,569 plus benefits

Shifts: 24hour shifts including sleep ins.

My client is an established and strong care and education focussed business recognised for its experience and excellent reputation in the care and education sector. They provide outstanding support to some of the most difficult challenges involving children and young people, ensuring that every child and young person is placed in an environment that suits their individual care and educational needs.

Due to their continued expansion they are now looking to appoint an experienced senior residential care worker, who is passionate about supporting children and young people achieve their goals and receive the care and education they need. The successful candidate will hold a QCF level 3 in residential care with children and young people’s workforce or equivalent. Hold a full UK driving licence and be over the age of 21.

Due to their continued success they are opening new residential homes and schools to make a difference for young people in a variety of new areas as well as continuing to support young people in their established services.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

  • Must hold QCF Level 3 in residential care with children and young people’s workforce or equivalent.
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
  • Experience as a senior Residential care worker
