Senior Post Producer (Maternity cover 1 year)
Location: East London - hybrid basis between the office and home.
Salary: £45,000 (depending on experience)
Job Role:
My long established award-winning client are looking for an efficient and effectiveSenior Post Producer to work in theircreative studio in East London. The company work on content, TVC, promos, short films and you will need managerial experience as you will be overseeing a team of three post producers and be required to work with the director on specific post production jobs from offline through to VFX and delivery. You will support bids for new projects, job allocation for the team of post producers and post produce your own projects, as required.
Requirement & Responsibilities:
- Minimum 4 years + experience in commercial Post-Production
- Must have detailed knowledge of 2D/3D animation workflow and its associated software; as well as budgeting, scheduling, and managing the online process.
- Experience seeing jobs through from bid to delivery
- Strong track record of creating and winning bid budgets and pitches
- Reconciling and reporting budgets
- Strong leadership, communication, and multi-tasking skills with constructive feedback
- Working with proficient network of freelance animators / VFX artists / post houses
- Ability to communicate professionally and confidently to clients, staff, crew, directors, and suppliers
- The company offers 2d, 3d, clean up, mixed media, compositing - so a range of work in these areas are key
