Salary: Minimum £33,000

An opportunity has arisen for aSenior Baker /Bakery Team Leader with3 years of professional baking experience, with 1 year in a leadership role, to join a prestigious bakery known for its exceptional bread and pastries.

In this role, you will work closely with the executive baker and consultants to enhance and streamline production processes.

You will be responsible for:

• Conduct taste tests, adjust recipes, and establish quality control checkpoints.
• Oversee ordering, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.
• Work with sustainable ingredients, minimise wastage, and promote eco-friendly practices.
• Maintain rigorous quality control, inspect equipment, and implement corrective actions for any deviations.
• Develop training programmes, provide hands-on baking instruction, and offer feedback to improve team performance.

What we are looking for:

• Previously worked as a Baker in a similar role.
• Familiarity with food safety standards and practices.
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
