Sales Support Representative – Cwmbran, South Wales
Salary – £20,000 - £23,500 per annum + Pension
Our client are a sport, outdoor, and lifestyle fashion agency with a diverse and impressive portfolio of leading global brands. They have successfully established themselves as one of the top multi-category brand and distribution specialists in the UK & Ireland.
The highly successful company are looking for a Sales Supportive Representative to join their team and deliver first class customer service and administration support with their Sales Support Manager. This position gives the successful applicant an exciting opportunity to work with multiple global and diverse brands within the sport, outdoor, and lifestyle fashion industry.

The Sales Support Representative will be a key member of the team, working closely with the Sales Support Manager as well as the sales, warehouse and the support team colleagues internally. Externally, you will be working extensively with the retail partners, third party support groups and specific brand teams.
An understanding and passion for sport, outdoor and lifestyle fashion is desirable.
Sales order and purchase order entry
Provide customer service to retail accounts
Provide administrative support to the Sales Team
Liaise directly with the brands and suppliers on purchase orders, brand & product information, and deliveries
Drive deliveries on a daily basis to ensure order deadlines are met, book in deliveries via retailer portals, and keep customers up to date with lead times and stock availability
Provide and organise all reprocessing documentation and labels
Reporting – pull sales figures and delivery forecasts for the Management Team
Travel - attend sales meetings and trade shows
Required knowledge and experience
Very good sales administration and customer service skills
A team player with strong communication skills, along with the ability to work comfortably on your own initiative
Able to multitask and work towards numerous deadlines under pressure
Extremely focused with an attentive eye for detail
Driven, organised and one step ahead
Good IT & numerical ability; strong excel skills are essential
A minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
A minimum of 5 GCSE’s A-C including Maths and English. 2 A levels or equivalent.
Further qualifications are advantageous
An interest in fashion and/or sport would be desirable
