Sales Negotiator

Location: Witney, Oxfordshire

Salary: £20k - £25k + Excellent Benefits

Job Type: Full-Time, Monday - Friday

The Client:

Our client is a well-established real estate agency, specialising in residential sales, letting & property management, and new homes.

The Role:

As a Sales Negotiator, you will drive sales and nurturing client relations in a busy estate agency environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead property viewings with prospective buyers.
  • Deliver precise and comprehensive property information.
  • Facilitate sales negotiations for clients.
  • Promote properties through various marketing channels.
  • Support the creation of property listings and promotional content.
  • Foster and nurture relationships with clients and buyers.
  • Keep informed about market trends and industry developments.

Requirements:

  • Previously worked as a Sales Negotiator or in a similar role.
  • Ideally have experience in sales or customer service.
  • Strong negotiation abilities.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Familiarity with the local property market would be beneficial.
  • Valid UK driving licence.
