Sales Manager (Retail) - UK Remote Working

Salary:  £35k - £40k (Flexible for the right candidate) + Car/Car Allowance + Bonus + Fuel + Travel Expenses

The Role:


  • This role has been created to develop the company’s Toy Division and will play a key part in the growth of this area. Responsible for acquiring new business and managing existing relationships with key accounts in the UK.
  • The post holder will be working remotely from home and can be based anywhere in the UK with occasional travel required to the company office in Bath.


Main responsibilities:


  • Developing new business strategies for key accounts in the UK
  • Responsibility for implementing plans with key accounts
  • Developing and executing new product development within UK key accounts
  • Analysing commercial information to support business plans
  • Monitoring & reporting on new trends within the market
  • Regular meetings with key accounts to delivery against plans & develop ongoing business


Skills & Experience:


  • Ideally 2-3 years experience in a Toy sales role
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities with excellent time management skills
  • High energy individual with strong problem solving skills
  • Confidence and a good communicator
  • Initiative, honesty and integrity
  • Positive can-do attitude within a fast-changing environment
  • A Team Player


There will be huge opportunity for growth in the role, with the potential to run this category as a specialised Sales Director in the future.
