Sales Controller/ Business Manager

Salary: Competitive Depending on Experience.

The Company

Our client is a family run dealer group representing Abarth, FIAT, Isuzu, Kia, Nissan and Suzuki across the South West of England.

The Role

Ideally this role would suit a Senior Sales Consultant or similar, someone who is looking to take the next step in the Motor Industry, or maybe has experience as a Sales Controller/Business Manager and is looking for their next challenge.

Role Responsibilities:

Having the ability to provide constructive input into the running of the sales team and their development.

Understanding the sales process and ensuring that your team fully utilises this.

Able to step up and cover for the Sales Manager as required.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

Telephone techniques and etiquette

Appropriate customer handling skills

Appropriate knowledge of funding methods

In-house computer systems and the internet

General office equipment (i.e. telephone systems, copiers, internet)

Vehicle legislation, consumer legislation and trade practice
