Sales Assistant - Lowestoft

Salary: £17,000 - £20,000

The Client:

Our client has a unique service offering with a global reach and corresponding customer portfolio covering the offshore energy sector. They provide consultancy and membership intelligence services. They are continuously developing their sales approach and want you to be part of this.

Seeking an ambitious confident Sales Assistant of high integrity to develop growing subscription sales. You will be a strategic member of assisting the Sales Manager with the important day-to-day administration activities. This is a vital part of the role to hitting and exceeding targets, and once fulfilled administration duties there is potential for a more direct sales approach.


  • Providing support to the sales team.
  • Recording incoming email and phone enquiries rapidly and efficiently.
  • Recording sales and order information accurately.
  • Reporting customer concerns and issues.
  • Covering Sales Manager whilst on annual leave.
  • Potential for more direct sales role if initial duties are covered.


  • Sales and administration background
  • Computer skills needed
  • Good telephone skills and a persuasive demeanour.
  • Use of Word, Excel, and Publisher.
  • Experience in contacting businesses on the phone as well as face to face


  • 5 days per week (40 hours)
