As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for leading and delivering relationship cantered care for elderly residents under the direction of the Deputy Manager. You will be a crucial influence on staff to ensure that standards of care are set and maintained. You will also be responsible for supporting the Deputy Manager in the implementation of policy and meeting the standards by the Care Inspectorate. As a nurse you will promote a standard of care /support in accordance with Older People’s Services Philosophy of Care. You will be responsible for the assessment of care needs, both clinical and personal, and the development, implementation, and evaluation of care programs for a defined resident group. Working with their client you will be responsible for liaising with other departments, community services and other external agencies. To assume responsibility for the Deputy Manager in his / her absence.
