An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Registered Manager to join a reputable residential care provider, offering excellent benefits. Our client supports young people aged 8 to 18 with complex needs, including emotional, behavioural, and social challenges.
As a Registered Manager, you will oversee the effective operation of a residential home, ensuring high standards of care and compliance with relevant legislation.
You will be responsible for:
- Supporting staff to achieve the highest standards of care.
- Involvement in team recruitment, including vetting, interviewing, and induction.
- Liaising with internal and external teams to meet the needs of young people.
- Contributing to team training and development programmes.
What we are looking for:
- Experience in a senior role within a residential children's home.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People’s Services or willingness to work towards it.
- Valid manual driving licence.
