An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Registered Manager with 2 years’ experience in a role related to the residential care of children to join a well-established home care provider, offering excellent benefits.
As a Registered Manager, you will oversee the operational delivery of a children's home, ensuring high-quality care and support for complex needs.
You will be responsible for:
- Managing the day-to-day operations of the home to meet regulatory standards.
- Leading a team, including deputy managers and support workers, to provide child-centred care.
- Implementing policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment for children.
- Ensuring effective performance management of staff, including supervision and reviews.
- Developing relationships with local authorities and external agencies to enhance service delivery.
What we are looking for:
- A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in a role related to the residential care of children.
- NVQ Level 3 in a relevant field or equivalent qualification.
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management.
- Strong numeracy and literacy skills at a GCSE level or higher in English and Mathematics.
- Full UK driving license.
