As a Registered Manager, you will be the cornerstone of residential childcare services. Your leadership will ensure that every child in our care feels valued, supported, and empowered to thrive.

You will be responsible for:

• Inspiring Leadership: Lead a compassionate and dedicated care team, fostering a warm and inclusive environment.
• Seamless Transitions: Ensure every child’s journey from admission to discharge is smooth and filled with care.
• Strategic Staff Deployment: Thoughtfully manage staff to meet the unique needs of household.
• Regulatory Champion: Guide through Ofsted inspections with confidence, ensuring they meet and exceed all standards.
• Quality Assurance Guru: Maintain the highest quality of care through regular self-evaluation checks and Reg 45 Audits.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience working as a Deputy Manager, Registered Manager or in a similar role.
• At least 1 year of managerial experience.
• Relevant professional qualifications, ideally Level 5.
• Enhanced DBS check.
• Valid UK driving licence.
