The Client:

Our client is a reputable home care services provider, dedicated to supporting individuals in their own homes to maintain independence.

The Role:

As a Registered Home Manager, you will be responsible for creating and executing care plans, overseeing staff, and ensuring adherence to regulations.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain confidentiality and promote health and safety.
  • Facilitate effective partnership with stakeholders.
  • Manage systems to improve service delivery.
  • Maintain premises and ensure health and safety measures.
  • Conduct health and safety risk assessments.
  • Provide fire safety instruction to staff and residents.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience working in a similar role.
  • At least 3 years of experience as a Registered Manager with Ofsted.
  • Experience working in a residential childcare setting.
  • Level 5 in leadership and management or equivalent.
  • Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other administrative software.
  • Valid UK driving licence.
