Receptionist / Administrator – Part-time (Monday & Tuesday)

Location: Yeovil

Salary: Competitive salary – Part-time working on Monday and Tuesday (8.30am until 5pm).

I am looking for a part-time Receptionist / Administrator to work on Mondays and Tuesdays each week and join our client.


  • Provide support to the Yeovil office on all administrative matters, working closely with the other reception/administration staff across the firm.
  • Working on the front desk to provide a professional and friendly reception and telephone service to clients, visitors and colleagues, whilst also completing back-office administration.

You need:

  • Some administrative experience, ideally within an office or high-quality customer environment
  • Confident and collaborative team player with great communication skills in person and over the phone
  • Ability to demonstrate outstanding customer service to clients
  • Good planning, organisation, and prioritisation skills
  • Confidence in using IT software
