Re-mortgage Team Leader (Legal Firm)

The Client:
Our client is a well-established law firm, specialising in property transactions, aiding diverse clients in buying, selling, transferring, or re-mortgaging.
The Role:
As a Re-mortgage Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role leading and managing a team for efficient and excellent re-mortgage case handling.
Responsibilities:
- Guide, support, and mentor a team of at least six re-mortgage case managers.
- Monitor team performance, ensuring targets and deadlines are met.
- Conduct regular meetings for progress discussions, addressing challenges, and providing feedback.
- Coordinate with other departments for streamlined workflows and improved communication.
- Identify opportunities for process enhancement and implement effective solutions.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to re-mortgage processes.
Requirements:
- Previously worked as a Re-mortgage Team Leader or in a similar role.
- Possess 3 years of leadership experience, ideally in leading a team of re-mortgage case managers.
- Understanding of re-mortgage processes and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills, inspiring and motivating a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Effective organisational and problem-solving skills.
