Property Solicitor - Stratford Upon Avon

Salary: £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, experience based

This is an exciting opportunity for a Property Solicitor to join an award-winning Real Estate Team. Our client has been established Law Firm for over 230 years and requires a Property Solicitor to join their growing business.

The Property Solicitor will be responsible for freehold commercial acquisition and disposal including TOGCs. The role is responsible for the complex title matters, SDLT, searches and enquiries. The property Solicitor will deal with all the legal matters, administration, finance, and queries involved in a property transaction. The role requires the ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines, and have excellent client relationship and communication skills.

Skills, experience, and qualifications:

• Must have at least 2 years PQE in a similar role
• Excellent communication and organisation skills
• Ability to work to tight deadlines
