The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of residential and commercial properties. Ensuring that a referral worthy service is being provided to everyone who comes in contact with the business and in all areas of the business. Our client is seeking an energetic and motivated Property Manager to join their well-established company in Enfield.
The role:
- Your role as a Property Manager will offer comprehensive advice to prospective landlords to win new business.
- Manage the daily operations of properties, advertise vacant properties and handle tenant relations.
Property Manager Responsibilities include:
- Terminating leases and initiating eviction proceedings.
- Preparing reports on the financial performance of properties.
- Interviewing tenants and running credit checks.
- Being a team player.
- Preparing and managing budgets.
- Negotiating and enforcing lease agreements.
- Business generation minded.
- Preparing performance reports.
Requirements:
