Salary:  £25k - £45K + Bonus - Depending on experience + benefits

Our client has invested in some of the latest technology available. They run a completely digital and paperless conveyancing process, using a state-of-the-art case management system. Online portals allow clients & agents to load documents and receive updates with the click of a button.

They are now on the lookout for a suitability qualified and experienced Property Lawyer / Conveyancer in London.

Experience

Their clients’ lawyers have varying levels of experience. Each lawyer who joins them is individually assessed so that they are given work that is within their capability with

Levels:

• Can run both Freehold Sale and Purchase files, check title independently. That is their Property Lawyer Lvl 2
• Will be comfortable with Leasehold matters That is Property Lawyer Lvl 3
• Property Lawyer Lvl 4’s is able to deal with Newbuilds, Lease extensions and Shared Ownership
• Further levels exist for those ready for management responsibilities or more technical positions.

As a Lawyer at our client, you will be more than a case handler. You’ll be a trusted advisor and confidant. You are someone who strives to give clients the best possible experience whilst navigating the complex landscape of residential conveyancing.
