They are seeking a proactive Property Administrator to join their team and provide essential support to their Maintenance Department. This role involves organising maintenance tasks, managing property records, and ensuring compliance with legal and safety standards.
- Assist Maintenance Officer in property records management and data organisation.
- Arrange property inspections, ensuring timely compliance with legal and safety requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment, keys, stock items, and materials.
- Collaborate with external agents on estate agency matters.
- Complete administrative tasks, including filing and spreadsheet management.
- Previous experience working as an Property Administrator, Administrative Assistant, Lettings Admin or in a similar role (within a estate agency preferred)
- 2 years' experience in operational maintenance of residential property lettings and/or property management (beneficial)
- Understanding of property legislation (Desirable)
- Excellent communication skills and a professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly MS Excel and MS Word.
