An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Property Administrator to join an award-winning firm of estate agents and solicitors, offering excellent benefits.
As a Property Administrator, you will support the branch sales and valuation teams with clerical tasks, assist with specific projects, and handle general administrative duties.
You will be responsible for:
- Prepare and process quotations for sale and purchase.
- Open and manage sale / purchase matters.
- Create posting slips, sales particulars, floor plans, and image edits.
- Instruct home reports, photography, and manage property listings.
- Submit properties to portals, press advertisements, and handle price reductions.
- Support with inbound calls, emails, and web inquiries.
What we are looking for:
- At least 3 Highers, including English
- Skilled in Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Effective oral and written communication skills
