Project Manager - Financial Services Software
My client is a trusted supplier and developer of a Wealth Management Platform to the financial services industry which has multiple clients across the UK and Europe.
I am looking for a Project Manager who will work with the Operations team responsible for delivering projects into existing and new clients. You will communicate and collaborate with clients regarding Project deliverables, including managing expectations and presentation of project documentation.
The Project Manager will continue to work with clients post project to ensure that the adoption of products is achieved and there is a seamless handover to Business Support, which is the key to retaining and increasing future revenues.
You will manage the full life cycle of the project, anticipating problems and initiating corrective actions. Management of internal and external stakeholders is a major part of the role, together with clear and consistent communication.
You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of multiple products using AGILE practices, and will prepare all project documentation, including: Product initiation documents, Project Plans using Microsoft Project, Statement of works and Solution outlines.
You will need to have a track record in formal Project Management methodology, Project Planning (using Microsoft Project) and exposure the Project Documentation, and this will be within the software development environment. You will also have good presentation skills and it would be ideal if you have some experience of Project Management in Financial Services, but this is not essential.
