An enthusiastic and professional individual is required to join an established technical consultancy team. The day-to-day role will be assisting the consultants and project management team with project delivery tasks, resolving user acceptance testing support tickets, and change requests raised as part of the project.
As a project engineer, you will get to work with all the latest technologies and trends seen within the IT industry, focusing on the Microsoft cloud stack.

Candidates should have a proven track record of providing 2nd/3rd line support for five or more years. A background in Microsoft cloud technologies is essential. With a specialisation in either Office 365 or Azure.
Strong interpersonal skills are required to communicate clearly and consciously to technical and non-technical customers. You will interface with pre-sales consultants, helpdesk and project management staff on a day-to-day basis. You will need to have the ability to identify and respond to customer needs quickly and efficiently.
A positive ethos, confident demeanour, and the ability to portray the companys values will be essential in succeeding in this role.
