Panel Beater

An opportunity has arisen for a Panel Beater to join a respected family-run company specialist in vehicle bodywork, collision repair, restoration, and custom conversions serving a broad range of clients.

As a Panel Beater, you will be carrying out a wide range of body repair work on various makes and models of vehicles.

This role can be full-time or part-time offering a starting salary of £21 per hour and benefits.

You will be responsible for:

• Completing panel beating tasks including filler work, dent removal, panel replacement, and light stripping/fitting
• Repairing vehicle bodies to an exceptionally high standard of finish
• Following all relevant industry protocols and guidelines, ensuring compliance at all times
• Maintaining accurate records and documentation as required
• Working independently, demonstrating ownership and pride in your work
• Balancing quality, customer satisfaction, safety, and efficiency

What we are looking for:

• Previously worked as a Panel Beater, Panel technician, Bodyshop Technician, Body technician or in a similar role
• At least 3 years of panel beating experience.
• Ideally have experience in body repair/panel beating within a bodyshop or accident repair environment
• Strong self-management skills with the ability to work without close supervision
• Resilient, motivated, and committed to maintaining high standards
• A valid driving licence is preferred
