Onboarding Project Manager (Cloud Insurance Software)
Salary: £60k - £90k + Excellent Benefits

Our client is a reputable provider and developer of a Wealth Management Platform serving the financial services sector. They have a diverse clientele spanning the UK and Europe.
As an experienced Project Manager to join as a Client Onboarding specialist for Cloud Insurance Platform, you will act as the primary link between clients and internal teams, overseeing the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new clients.
- Develop project plans for client onboarding and coordinate with internal teams.
- Act as the primary liaison between clients and internal teams, providing regular updates on project status.
- Collaborate with clients to understand unique requirements and manage configurations.
- Conduct training sessions and workshops for clients on platform features.
- Provide ongoing support during the onboarding process, addressing any issues promptly.
- Ensure internal quality control meets expected standards.
- Identify and address issues or bottlenecks during the onboarding phase.
- Previously worked as a Project Manager or in a similar role.
- Experience in the insurance software, particularly with client onboarding.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, or related field.
- Prior experience with multi-tenant cloud solutions, insurance portfolio migration, JIRA, Confluence, and basic AWS knowledge (Beneficial).
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Ability to travel within the Eurozone.
