Location: Wimbledon, London

Salary: £21k - £25k + Excellent Benefits

Monday - Friday 9:00 am - 5:30 pm (Onsite)

A thriving accounting firm is looking for an Office Manager / Administrator to join their dynamic team dedicated to excellence. You will serve as a central liaison for multiple departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Duties:

  • Oversee the efficient day-to-day operations of the office.
  • Organise and manage meetings, appointments, and calendars.
  • Handle general administrative duties, including phone calls, emails, and office supplies.
  • Coordinate and support the onboarding of new clients.
  • Contribute to the planning and execution of company events and activities.
  • Maintain a tidy and orderly office environment.
  • Provide flexible administrative assistance to various departments.
  • Follow up on and dispatch invoices to suppliers and clients.
  • Head the administrative department, collaborating with the BPO team.

Requirements:

  • Previously worked as an Office Manager, Office Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Possess at least 3 years of UK office environment experience.
  • Proven track record in office operations management.
  • Knowledge of Zoho Software. (Desirable)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Right to work in the UK; no sponsorship provided.
