A thriving accounting firm is looking for an Office Manager / Administrator to join their dynamic team dedicated to excellence. You will serve as a central liaison for multiple departments, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Oversee the efficient day-to-day operations of the office.
- Organise and manage meetings, appointments, and calendars.
- Handle general administrative duties, including phone calls, emails, and office supplies.
- Coordinate and support the onboarding of new clients.
- Contribute to the planning and execution of company events and activities.
- Maintain a tidy and orderly office environment.
- Provide flexible administrative assistance to various departments.
- Follow up on and dispatch invoices to suppliers and clients.
- Head the administrative department, collaborating with the BPO team.
- Previously worked as an Office Manager, Office Administrator or in a similar role.
- Possess at least 3 years of UK office environment experience.
- Proven track record in office operations management.
- Knowledge of Zoho Software. (Desirable)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Right to work in the UK; no sponsorship provided.
