As Office Administrator you will provide administrative support in the head office of a luxury baby boutique.
- Your role will include assisting customers, ordering products and being a point of contact for suppliers.
- As part of your role as Office Administrator you will be responsible for dealing with order enquires on the phone and via email
- Providing product advice to customers, speaking to suppliers, processing returns, assisting with picking packing and dispatching orders.
- Updating the office computer systems.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
- The company is a family-run business looking for a hands-on Office Administrator to help ensure the smooth running of the office and provide great customer service.
- Someone that is computer literate and can use Microsoft Word & Excel.
- We would be keen to speak to candidates with 2 years’ experience working in an office environment as an Office Administrator, Office Coordinator, Office Assistant, Secretary, Office Manager.
