Location: Bridgwater, Somerset

Salary: Up to £24k per year + Excellent Benefits

Key Requirements: Sports Science Graduate / Health Care Assistant, EMT / Military Medic.

The Role:

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Occupational Health Technician to work alongside their occupational health team. You will be an integral part of the team, providing a compassionate, professional clinical service that is instrumental in the quality of care clients receive.

Your team combines expert advice and clinical services with smart systems to deliver impact driven health programs tailored to the client’s needs.

Requirements:

• Ideally, someone who is a Graduate from Sports Science degree or a Health Care Assistant,
• EMT(Emergency Medical Technician) / Military Medic experience 

Duties:

• Perform health screening procedures following company protocols, including general baseline measurements like height, weight, blood pressure, and urinalysis.
• Conduct Drug and Alcohol testing and fitness for work medicals.
• Administer audiometry and lung function testing.
• Facilitate health promotion activities.
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure that equipment is serviceable, clean, and suitable for its intended purpose.

Shift:

• Monday - Thursday, between 8.00am and 16.00 pm.
• A night shift of 16.00PM to midnight once a month.
