Occupational Health Nurse – Maternity Cover

I am looking for a qualified Occupational Health Nurse to cover maternity leave in Samlesbury.
You will be providing a full OH/Treatment Service including consultation, clinical assessment & treatment, OH advice, OH education, and medical assessments while providing professional advice, support and guidance.
You will act as a mentor and professional role model to the Technicians and assess clients presenting to Occupational Health, assess client’s fitness to work for the appropriate job and write letters to GP/Specialists as required.
You will be providing health surveillance, clinical support to the first aid provision on site, assisting in the provision of health promotion and wellbeing on site.
Clinical Responsibilities include: Emergency responses, Treatment service, Pre-employment screening, Health surveillance, Health promotion, Risk assessments, DSE assessments and Drug and alcohol testing
You will need to be a registered general nurse or have a qualification in adult nursing and a Driving license.
Requirements for the Occupational Health Nurse: RGN, Adult Nursing Qualification, driving licence
