Our Client’s team brings together many of the UK’s finest practitioners and teachers in all relevant healthcare disciplines.
I am looking for an Occupational Health Nurse to work at my client's site based on the Royal Naval Dockyard in Plymouth. Applicants will be registered nurses, ideally with previous experience in A&E department or working in the engineering, heavy industry or construction.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 7.5 hours per day to be worked between the hours of 7.30am-4.00pm Monday-Thursday and 7.30am-3.00pm on Friday.
The role breakdown is 70% safety critical medical, Health Surveillance in-cluding Drug and Alcohol testing and 30% walk in clinics / OH advice.
You will beproviding a full OH/Treatment service including consultation, clinical assessment & treatment, advice, education, medical assessments and D&A testing. You will also provide professional advice, support and guidance to the client and wider multidisciplinary team as well as assessing clients presenting to Occupational Health.
You will be a registered general nurse or have a qualification in adult nursing.
