The Role:

I am  recruiting for an Occupational Health Advisor to deliver a proactive, ergonomic risk based occupational health service to a client. You will prioritise and manage the clinical caseload generated by the client providing professional and timely advice to client managers and HR to assist in their management of absence & ill health.

The client has sites across the UK (Hove, Bexleyheath, Doxford & Gloucester) where you will need to support the health of their employees, the minimum expectation would be to visit each of these twice a month to undertake the relevant medicals, including the Chester Test Step, wellbeing activities, attending H&S & HR meetings, and supporting the Line Managers. Some of the work can be carried out remotely so this will be a part home based role.

This role will be roughly 15% case management 50% Medicals, 15% Wellbeing, 5% Preplacement and 15% Strategic planning.

You will need to be a qualified Occupational health Advisor holding a registration with NMC Part 3 and be OH Qualified – Diploma/Degree.

A Full Drivers Licence is required.
