Nursery Room Manager
Location: Radlett
Salary: Circa £23,000 Plus fantastic benefits
A renowned and a well-established private Nursery are seeking a qualified Nursery Room Manager to join their energetic team in Radlett. Salary Circa £23,000 Plus fantastic benefits.
As Room Manager you will be responsible for:
- Provide leadership and support to all room-based staff alongside the Deputy to enable them to establish and maintain professional positive working relationships with both colleagues, parents, and carers
- Ensure health, safety, and wellbeing of the children always
- Be a key person carrying out all related responsibilities in building relationships with all children and their families according to the EYFS
Skills, experience, and qualifications:
- Qualified Level 3 or above, having minimum of 2 year’ experience
- Experience working as a Room Leader or Senior Nursery Nurse
- Strong communication skills: written & verbal
- Good time keeping and organisational skills
