Nursery Practitioner

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate and dedicated CACHE Level 3 qualified Nursery Practitioner with 3+ years' experience to join our client's nursery. You will take responsibility as the key worker for a group of 9-10 children, ensuring their well-being and developmental growth.

You will be responsible for:

• Plan and deliver Montessori activities tailored to their age, fostering independence, creativity, and social skills.
• Monitor each child's development, keeping records and updating parents on their progress.
• Work closely with staff to cultivate a positive and supportive classroom environment.
• Maintain a safe, clean environment, following safeguarding policies and procedures.

What we are looking for:

• Previously worked as a Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Nurse or in a similar role.
• Possess 3+ years of experience in a nursery or pre-school setting.
• CACHE Level 3 qualification.
• Ideally have montessori experience.
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
