MET Technician

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a MET Technician with3 years' experience to join a well-established repair centre. This role offers salary range of £30,000 - £45,000 for 40 hours work week and benefits.

As a MET Technician, you will be responsible for the efficient removal and refitting of mechanical, electrical and trim components as part of vehicle body repair.

You will be responsible for:

• Diagnosing and reporting additional faults for further attention.
• Working efficiently to meet daily schedules and agreed timeframes.
• Liaising with workshop colleagues to ensure smooth workflow.
• Producing accurate estimates where required.
• Using all workshop equipment in line with safety procedures.
• Supporting a clean and professional working environment.

What we are looking for:

• Previously worked as a MET Technician, Strip Fitter, MET Fitter, Trim Technician or in a similar role.
• At least 3 years' experience in a MET role.
• Ideally hold ATA qualification.
• Ability to manage workload independently while contributing to a wider team.

Shift:

• Monday - Friday: 8:00am - 5:30pm
