Our client has been in business for over 18 years with a single mission: Helping the NHS and Housing Associations improve the lives of those they serve and employ through digital innovation and technology. With multiple new product launches and big changes coming to their sectors, they’re building an internal marketing department to help capitalise on and expand their strong industry reputation.

The Role:

As the Marketing manager you will be the key player driving the go-to-market strategy.Once on-boarded and fully up to speed, you’ll be recruiting your first new team members to support your efforts.

With their primary markets being the NHS and Social Housing, going deep is more effective than going wide. As such, an account-based, omni-channel approach that focuses on leveraging their existing relationships and reputation will be key to success.


You'll have the unique opportunity to shape and lead the marketing efforts of a well-established, market-leading brand in sectors that reward marketers who take the time and effort to deliver well-crafted and personalised messaging. Role Responsibilities:

  • Content is key. Developing an engaging, consistent content strategy for both sectors is vital.
  • Creating & guiding all marketing collateral such as infographics, customer success stories,product updates, blogs, videos, podcasts etc
  • Conduct market research with help from the sales team to ensure that messaging, tone, and subjects are aligned and effective.
  • Own the sales funnel with the Head of Sales and focus on maximising value from the existing base whilst ensuring a healthy pipeline of new logo opportunities
  • Overseeing & executing the GTM plan, including reporting on KPI’s and efficacy including MQL’s, engagement, traffic.

Essential Skills & Requirements:

  • 2+ years of B2B software or digital agency marketing.
  • Marketing Degree or equivalent qualifications
  • High quality content creation such as copywriting.
  • Marketing campaign analytics
  • Confident in using relevant software e.g Hubspot, creative studios
  • Experience in account-based marketing methods
  • Good written and verbal comms skills, initiative taker and team player
