With multiple new product launches and big changes coming to their sectors, they’re building an internal marketing department to help capitalise on and expand their strong industry reputation.
The Role:
- As the Marketing Executive, you will be a key player in the team driving the go-to-market strategy.
- With their primary markets being the NHS and Social Housing, going deep is more effective than going wide.
- As such, an account-based, omni-channel approach that focuses on leveraging their existing relationships and reputation will be key to success.
- You'll have the unique opportunity to shape and participate the marketing efforts of a well-established, market-leading brand in sectors that reward marketers who take the time and effort to deliver well-crafted and personalised messaging.
- They have a strong entrepreneurial culture; encouraging and supporting their team to take ownership of their function, so this role would best suit those who are keen to get stuck in and build something great from the ground up.
Role Responsibilities:
- Content is key. Developing an engaging, consistent content strategy for both sectors is vital.
- Creating & guiding marketing collateral such as infographics, customer success stories,product updates, blogs, videos, podcasts etc
- Conduct market research with help from the sales team to ensure that messaging, tone, and subjects are aligned and effective.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
- 1+ years of Digital Marketing experience
- Marketing Degree or equivalent qualifications
- High quality content creation such as copywriting.
- Experience in using Marketing campaign analytics
- Experience in using relevant software e.g Hubspot, creative studios
- Good written and verbal comms skills, initiative taker and team player
