As a Litigation Solicitor / Chartered Legal Executive, you will oversee all aspects of a case in dispute resolution department, from initial consultation to final resolution. This role offers hybrid working.

You will be responsible for:

• Manage a varied caseload of contested probate claims.
• Oversee other commercial and civil litigation matters, including professional negligence and construction disputes.
• Maintain high standards of customer care and strong billing practices.

What we are looking:

• Previously worked as a Litigation Solicitor, Litigation Lawyer, Chartered Legal Executive or in a similar role.
• Minimum 4 years experience in litigation work.
• Proven track record of strong billing.
• Excellent people skills and a team-oriented attitude.
• Strong organisational, time management, and IT skills.
